Our Bright Round & Hexagon Bars demonstrates excellent machinability.

Our team fully understand the extent of machinability that most of these bars undergo and hence ensures that the machinability in our Bars is not only higher than industry standard, but also maintain consistency.

Improved machining is a result of our well-tailored melting process and highly uniform heat treatment furnaces with ultra-rapid cooling.

We pay special attention to diameter tolerances, mechanical properties, surface cracks, internal defects and the straightness of bars to produce highly desired materials.

Our Round & Hexagon Bars are used in demanding, high-tech machine shops that perform very high-speed machining on bars (thru multi-spindle machines like INDEX MS40 etc).

With our new ‘Fully Automatic Double Side Chamfering Line’ we are able to meet the personalised chamfering needs of our customers, including 30º, 45º or 60º ranging from 2 to 5mm in length.

BRIGHT ROUND BARS

Bright Round Bars

Bright Round Bars available in centerless ground & polished finish for machining & engineering application, available in over 150 stainless steel grades. Size range: 5mm – 100mm (3/16” – 4” dia) ** in lengths upto 11 meters.

Pump Shaft Bars

PSQ shafting bars in tight diametrical tolerances, controlled ovality/lobing & precision straightness ensure minimal vibration throughout the length of the shaft. Available in 6 – 100mm (1/4” – 4” dia) in lengths upto 8.2mtr (27 ft) in grades 416, 410, 17-4ph, 316L, 304L, 304N, 303, F51 etc

Piston Shaft Bars

Round Bars with the highest degree of straightness and tight diametrical tolerances for Pistons, Pneumatic, Hydraulic & Linear-motion applications. Available in 6 – 100mm in grades 1.4462, 1.4104, 1.4571, 1.4057 (431), 1.4021 (420), 1.4028 (420B), 1.4034 (420C) etc

Boat Shaft Bars (BSQ)

These are precision shafts with higher strength, special straightness and precise diameter tolerance to reduce the propeller vibrations for Marine Industry. Available in upto 3” dia in lengths upto 27 ft, in grades 304N, 316L, 17-4ph, XM19, 2205 / F51.

Special Tolerence Bars

Our finest range of ultra-precision bars in size-tolerances up to h6, j6, e6, g6 (+0.000/-0.0005”) with Surface-finish of up to Ra 0.2 um (12 RMS) and straightness 0.25mm/meter (0.0010″ per foot T.I.R). Available in 6 – 100mm in all grades in series 300, 400, 17-4 and Duplex.

High Strength Bars

Round Bars in Cond. B, or with Yield min. 75, 90, 105 KSI or with Rp 0.2 min 390 N/mm2 or with Tensile min. Rm 800 N/mm2 in grades 303, 304L, 304N, 316L, Duplex F51 / 1.4462, 410 etc. Size range: 10mm – 75mm (3/8” – 3” dia)

HRAP Angles

Hot Rolled Annealed & Picked Angles are available for sectors like Structural, Construction & various other Engineering applications in grades 304L, 316L, 316Ti Size range: 25x25x3mm upto 100x100x100mm (1x1x1/8” – 4x4x3/8”)

HRAP Flat Bars

These Flat Bar are Hot Rolled and then Annealed & Pickled for Architectural, Fabrication sectors & various other Engineering applications. Available in grades 304L, 316L, 316Ti, 303, 310, 431, 416 etc. Size range: 20x10mm – 150x30mm (1.0 x 3/16” – 6.0 x 1.0”)

CD Hexagons

Hot Rolled Hexagons are solution-annealed & cold-drawn to achieve the perfect geometry for high-speed machining & many other engineering applications. Available in various grades 303, 304L, 316L, 316Ti, 430F, 416 etc. Size range: 11mm – 55mm (7/16” – 2-3/16”)

CD Squares

Hot Rolled Squares are solution-annealed & cold-drawn to achieve the perfect geometry for a variety of engineering applications. Available in various grades 303, 304L, 316L, 316Ti, 430F, 416 etc. Size range: 12mm – 50mm (1/2” – 2”)

CD Flats

Hot Rolled Flat Bars are solution-annealed & cold-drawn to achieve the perfect geometry & surface finish for Architectural, Fabrication & Machine-building applications. Available in various grades 303, 304L, 316L, 316Ti, 431, 430F, 416, 310. Size range: 30x8mm – 100x30mm

HRAP Squares

Hot Rolled Squares are solution-annealed & pickled for a variety of engineering applications. Available in various grades 303, 304L, 316L, 316Ti, 430F, 416 etc. Size range: 15mm – 50 mm

MIG Wire

Spring Wire

Our spring wire exhibits excellent coiling-ability at high speeds resulting in less stress on coiling equipment, preserving equipment life, minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput and profits. Tensile strengths range from soft to ½, ¾ or Full Tempered “spring temper” condition. Available in grades 302, 304, 304H, 316, 631 etc. Size Range: 0.7mm – 10.0mm (0.028 – 0.400 inches)

EPQ Wire

Our EPQ wire has a brilliant mirror-bright like surface resulting in a shining appearance when electro-polished after forming. Our wires offer an excellent workability for manufacturing of fabricated baskets, kitchen appliances and other formed parts when used in the food, medical, decorative and architectural sectors. Available in various grades like 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 321 etc. Size Range: 1.8mm – 10.0mm (0.070 – 0.400 inches)

CHQ Wire

Our CHQ wires are used in the manufacturing of fastening systems like rivets, fasteners, pins, screws, bolts and washers. Our wires offer superior metallurgical consistency which ensures peak performance under demanding conditions of heat & pressure. Exhaust Wire

Aamor Inox offers a wide range of wires for production of support parts for exhaust systems (exhaust hangers) in narrow range of mechanical & low strain hardening properties allowing easy bending of manufactured parts. Available grades are 304L, 430LNb (1.4511), 409Cb, 409CbNi, 409, 1.4509 etc Size Range: 5.0mm – 10.0mm (0.200 – 0.400 inches)

Vineyard Wire

These wire is used in a growing variety of Agricultural & Farming wire applications like Vine trellising (Vineyards), Orchard bracing, Greenhouses, Poultry yards fencing etc. These wires offer a unique combination of corrosion resistance and mechanical properties like Breaking Loads of over 135 kg/mm² and Elongation with less than 3%. Size Range: 1.2mm – 3.0mm (0.045 – 0.120 inches)
